---- Yes , we own factory and have rich experience to provide professional solutions .

2. Do you have certifications?
---- Yes , we have products certification of Rohs, CE, FCC and product patent .

3. Can you do customization?
---- Yes , We accept client's requests of OEM & ODM, can do customized logo on products body or package with your own brand names, also we can do private label stick on each package.

4. How to make an order?
---- Please send us your email, receiving address and contact phone number, then order request link would be sent to you to check and make the payment.

5. What is your payment terms and payment methods? 
---We can do 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment delivery.Payment can be done via T/T, western union, or PayPal, escrowing security order payment on alibaba.

6. Do you have experience to ship to Amazon?
---- We are familiar to ship different products directly to FBA Fulfillment Amazon. Can print amazon shipping labels then stick on each carton.

7. What is your terms of delivery?
----We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
